Jam on Toast

As the sun peeks up over the Adelaide Hills, the team at UniJam have packaged up a digestible snack of the best bits of conversation since midnight.

While many of the 4,500+ registrants were in bed, dreaming of enterprise and innovation, we’ve heard from international alumni, local students and staff from across the University on key topics.

Questions included:

Ongoing conversations had staff and students talking about career services for graduating students, industry placements, and ways that UniSA can help bridge the gap between university and your first job.

Connections are forming through the UniJam platform via alumni around Australia, in China, the UK, US, Singapore, Malaysia, Germany; likely sparked by the Alumni Chat Room session that has run through the early hours here in Adelaide.

Social media is also worth a watch, with #unijam an easy way to find the conversation. And follow the conversation all day - we’re about to delve into online learning, UniSA’s commitment to regional communities, internships and placements, and the higher education policy landscape.

Ten hours left for quality conversation, see you online soon.
